Foundation for Sight and Sound

It was my pleasure to donate my photography talents to the Foundation for Sight & Sound’s recent “Help America Hear” brunch honoring David Carr, president of McGuire’s Hearing & Audiological Services, Riverhead, NY, on Sunday, February 8, 2009, at the Melville Marriott. Mitch Shapiro has been a friend of mine for nearly 15 years, having met him during the “Blind Wine Tasting” events. Mitch suffers from Usher’s Syndrome, which is robbing his hearing and sight. Whenever I complain about trivial stuff, I try to remember Mitch’s tremendously positive attitude in the midst of his situation. For more information, contact the Foundation for Sight & Sound - P.O. Box 1245 - Smithtown, NY 11787 - 631-366-3461 and check out these websites. ExecuLeaders Breakfast Feb 20 2009

Greetings!

The ExecuLeaders Breakfast was held on Friday, February 20th at the Carlyle on the Green at the Bethpage Golf Course, and was another huge success! Trade show expert John Hill and Sales Consultant Jeff Goldberg were the programs, providing some excellent insight and information to “weather” the current economic storm. Enjoy the photos and be sure to check out the website at
www.execuleaders.org, get on THE LIST, and plan to attend the next breakfast in March. Contact me directly if you’d like to order some of the photos or for more info on our photography and video services.

AMT Children of Hope Event at Mulcahy's Sunday Feb 8 2009

It was my privilege to donate my time and talents taking photos for Tim Jaccard and the AMT Children of Hope Foundation at their event at Mulcahy’s Pub and Music Hall in Wantagh on Sunday, February 8, 2009…see their website at http://www.amtchildrenofhope.com/. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Tim for many years, since the Tim’s Florist days, and I help out whenever I can. Tim began this organization after burying too many infants, to secure Baby Safe Havens for mothers who, no matter what the reason, just cannot care for their child…they can take them to a local hospital or police or fire station. Please enjoy the photos and visit their website for more info and to help out. Special thanks to Robert Baio of Skylight Studios in Levittown for his help in taking photos. And as always, a heartfelt “thank you” to John Murray, owner of Mulcahy’s, for his never ending generosity!
